This topic fails WP:GNG and is nothing more than one of the many schemes derived by physicians to predict dementia-afflicted EOL patient outcomes in a better manner. It is not good when you can't find anyone other than Aminoff discussing the syndrome across any peer-reviewed media in significant detail. Some interesting comments over here (p. 1741 and 1742.)
