Non-notable businessperson whose claim to fame is inheriting the business built their more famous father. Neither this position, nor the activities of the business itself during his comparatively short tenure, contribute to the notability of the individual. Sources that refer to "Dixon" doing things are almost invariably referring to the business entity doing those things, not a specific executive.

Redirect to
Dixon Advisory and merge non-biographical content. Alan Dixon himself is likely to be a searchable subject given the prominence with which he is given in articles about the company he headed for eight years and carried his surname, for example: "Alan Dixon permanently steps down from executive duties" (Australian Financial Review)
[1], "Alan Dixon stepping down" (The Australian)
[2], "The Boy From Oz: Alan Dixon" (Brooklyn Eagle)
[3], "G’Day From Bushwick" (New York Times)
[4]; "Dixon ties to local US politicians questioned" (Australian Financial Review)
[5]; "Australian Developer that Backed the Mayor Goes Under Down Under" (Jersey City Times)
[6], etc.

That is also a reasonable alterative.

Redirect - I would say delete but I took a look at
Dixon Advisory and it meets
WP:NCORP. The subject would fail notability on his own but given he was a top executive at a notable company, a redirect to that page would be a good
WP:ATD. --

I just moved and reworded the non-bio information into that page. Regardless of the AfD outcome here, that information is more suitable for the company page anyway. Cheers! --

Redirect per above. Not independently notable, but a valid redirect.
