Delete a non-notable primary school, which is almost all primary schools.

Delete - as noted above, primary schools in themselves are not usually notable enough to have articles. There is nothing here to suggest the existence of outstanding circumstances or significant coverage which would make me think that this school is an exception to the rule. Recording its existence in the
Point, Lewis article would seem to me to be sufficient. However the dates of its existence could perhaps be added there.
