As per WP:Number, and cross checking with 400 (number), this number is already listed on the list of interesting numbers in the 400s, and this article doesn't add much. While I must admit I did not go through the whole process of WP:1729, there is nothing much new added by this article to the list of numbers in the 400s that are interesting.
