Brooklyn, 1975: brothers Brian and Danny Leary are looking for a way out of their working-class neighborhood, so they make a pact to rob a local theater on the night of a Rolling Stones concert.
White Irish Drinkers film premiered at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival and was later picked up for distribution by Screen Media Films. [3] The film was theatrically released on March 26, 2011. [1]
Since premiering at Toronto, the film has won awards at the Manhattan, Chicago United, and Woodstock Film Festivals. The film was also a finalist for the Gotham Festival Genius Award. [4]
