NHL Uniforms Request

Hmm... I just might. I've got to take a once-through of the existing uniforms first. I'll let you know if I do implement them. -- The Silent Wind of Doom ( talk) 21:13, 26 March 2011 (UTC) reply

NHL uniforms

Can you reupload all of your NHL uniforms at the highest resolution and then put Template:Non-free no reduce in the licensing section so that bots don't make them look fuzzy? -- Walk Like an Egyptian ( talk) 08:12, 26 November 2018 (UTC) reply

I tried that before. I understood there was a limitation on the allowed resolution (up to 100K total pixels), so I had to compromise or the files would get deleted. Tdunsky ( talk) 13:41, 26 November 2018 (UTC) reply
I'll give it a shot again with one image within the next few hours, if it holds I will repeat with the other images. Tdunsky ( talk) 13:52, 26 November 2018 (UTC) reply
If it gets reduced, you can revert it as Silent Wind of Doom did for the MLB uniforms. -- Walk Like an Egyptian ( talk) 20:36, 26 November 2018 (UTC) reply
Trying it with the Ottawa Senators uniforms. Let's see what happens. Tdunsky ( talk) 21:12, 26 November 2018 (UTC) reply

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Canucks 2019-20 jersey template fix

Your Vancouver Canucks home and away regular jerseys are slightly incorrect, as the shoulder colours are reversed from their former versions, looking much like the crest on the alternate jersey. I've made the necessary edits, but I'm not certain how to upload them correctly in terms of citing prior sources. If you'd like to upload and take credit for them, I've uploaded the corrected version to Imgur ( https://imgur.com/7IfIjyr ). Hope this helps. CanuckGod ( talk) 02:30, 6 October 2019 (UTC) reply

Thanks, I'll take a look at what I might have done wrong. I'm also handlingthe Hebrew version of the article (in which the order of the uniforms is reversed) so I'll make the necessary corrections. Tdunsky ( talk) 08:00, 6 October 2019 (UTC) reply

Hello, I'm Mr.weedle. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Steve Kaplan (basketball), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Mr.weedle ( talk) 00:20, 7 May 2023 (UTC) reply

You have definitely made not *a* mistake, but several.
Steve Kaplan's percentages appear in the source already provided. There is a typo in the article which for some reason you insist of keeping.
The link to Eurobasket 1979 will show you the result of silver medal.
And you also removed the connection to the Hebrew language article, and through it to all other languages, what reason did you have to do that?
With all due respect, I have removed your removal. Tdunsky ( talk) 20:58, 9 May 2023 (UTC) reply
