Hi. I restored the page, because on reflection it probably should not have been a speedy. However, I would ask you to review the guidelines on Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Spam, as in my view the article is sailing very close to the wind in both cases. I would ask that you improve it so that it establishes notability more clearly and does not appear to be an attempt to recruit members. Deb ( talk) 21:07, 29 February 2008 (UTC) reply

SWATS

Not 100% sure if it meets notability, it is an acronym for a neighborhood but also an acronym with a lot of cultural weight, but doesn't get mainstream press because it's of interest within hip-hop culture and within the black community of Atlanta, who are extremely under-represented in traditional sources. But I definitely wouldn't merge it into Atlanta, that's too high level. Maybe the Southwest Atlanta section of Neighborhoods of Atlanta, since it's a synonym.
