Hi Jamielang77. Not a problem at all for the revert. As for the block, I'm a strong proponent of Assume Good Faith so I believe he shouldn't be blocked :) However, a warning on his talk page is warranted. If you'd like, you could put up such a warning. For some suggestions on what it would look like, check out the templates at Category:Templates used by Twinkle. You may also look into using Twinkle to help you with that warning.
