Hello, Shiftyrye27. As promised, a follow-up to the initial response that I left on my talk page a few days ago. First of all, I will say that an RfA stands a much greater chance of success when the candidate is able to explain how becoming an administrator will make them a stronger contributor. If you were to be granted admin access, what would you do with it? Would you be interested primarily in the more janitorial aspects of adminship, like blocking vandals and protecting pages, or would you want to be more of a moderator, closing discussions at venues such as Articles for Deletion or becoming a regular contributor at the admin noticeboards? Such questions are important as the answers will determine how you can best prepare for your RfA.
I will add that a timeframe of one year is optimistic, even if you edit frequently during that time. When I passed my RfA in 2014 I'd been editing regularly for over four years and had achieved a five-figure edit count. Sadly, regardless of their merits, candidates without at least two or three years' editing history and several thousand contributions find it a lot harder to pass RfA. Something to consider. Greetings. Here is what you wrote:

Now, the word 'also' is not used in technical writing, so it would be good if you would please remove it. Additionally, this article is about the Pets of Vladimir Putin, and the statement in the next section states that he only two dogs, and they reside with him in Moscow, and so if he has other pets in other residences, you will need to provide sources and evidence to back up this statement. Lastly, Vladimir Putin will not always be the President (upcase) of Russia, and so to make a provision for that, I added that information after the first statement so that eventually the end date could simply be easily added without a significant revision. Actually, as an afterthought, you say there are many endangered Russian species; however, these 'species' do not respect national or nautical borders, so this is not exactly true, and hopefully you can let us know which species are specifically 'Russian' (for example, do they carry Russian passports?) The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
