Promotional , I am not selling stuff here. Biased ? no factual. Do you know Fortin ? Not personnaly , we crossed in my service, he was my instructor on a course 15 years ago. Don't edit the Fortin article. You need to get a much better grasp on Wikipedia's policies and guidelines before you edit any articles, particularly if you want to make significant changes.
