Hi! I'm serving as the wikipedian-in-residence at the Smithsonian Institution Archives until June! One of my goals as resident, is to work with Wikipedians and staff to improve content on Wikipedia about people who have collections held in the Archives - most of these are scientists who held roles within the Smithsonian and/or federal government. I thought you might like to participate since you are interested in the sciences! Sign up to participate here and dive into articles needing expansion and creation on our to-do list. Feel free to make a request for images or materials at the request page, and of course, if you share your successes at the outcomes page you will receive the SIA barnstar! Thanks for your interest, and I look forward to your participation! Sarah ( talk) 01:26, 19 April 2012 (UTC) |

Thanks for your contributions to Marriage of the Sea ceremony (Pisa). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. ✠ SunDawn ✠ (contact) 02:11, 18 October 2023 (UTC)
Hi there, Photosynthetic430, and thanks for adding the WiR template to your user page. I'm sorry to see you've been experiencing difficulties with Marriage of the Sea ceremony (Pisa). Unfortunately the English Wikipedia is stricter about sourcing than the Italian version. My first recommendation would be that you should find at least two other sources for the article. I see, for example, it is mentioned by Turismo Pisa, Corriere della Sera and Il Terreno. You should then add inline citations as suggested. If you need further help with this, please let me know. One of our main concerns at Women in Red is to increase the number of biographies of women. You can find guidance in our essays. I think it would be useful if you also signed up under "New registrations" on Wikipedia:WikiProject Women in Red/New members. Please let me know if you run into further difficulties or need assistance. Happy editing!-- Ipigott ( talk) 10:24, 20 October 2023 (UTC)
