Hi Paolo.

Not sure if you've seen this discussion, but you haven't contributed and looks like you haven't been explicitly alerted to it here, and the discussion is starting to go cold: Wikipedia_talk:Featured_picture_candidates#Huge_problem_with_a_featured_picture_-_it_is_not_what_it_claims_to_be. As it stands the image is out of the article. Have you got any way of confirming a species ID, either the original one or a different one? If not we'd probably have to look at a delist, because as you know FPs at WP need to be in an article and EV is the primary judgement. Cheers, -- jjron ( talk) 04:50, 12 March 2012 (UTC) reply

No worries. I've left a note at the discussion on FPC:Talk that you have now been notified and are looking into it. There shouldn't be any delist action for a while yet. Dear mr Costa Baldi,

I stumbled across some of your pictures on Wiki common, and was delighted to find out that you´re from Venezuela. My wife is from Maracay, but moved to Sweden seven years ago, where she lives since then.

I am thinking about giving her a canvas print of a photo from Venezuela as a christmas gift, and since you have some nice pictures I would like to use one of those. I have some questions regarding this. If it wasn't because it is a surprise I would have her write you in spanish, of course, but I hope that I will be able to make myself understood.

First, do you have pictures that you can recommend from the area near (or even in) Maracay that you can suggest? If you have some nice pictures from Caracas it could be interesting as well. If you have some picture that you see fit, I would be very happy to see some thumbnails.

Second, regarding the copyright, would it be possible for you to waive your demand of printing the copyright information? Since it is a printed copy that will be used in or house, I figure maybe it wouldn't be a big deal. If someone is interested, that person will receive your name anyway. I am prepared to offer some fee for this, naturally. If not, is it possible to reduce the copyright demand to just your name? A license number feels a bit stiff on a printed canvas, I think.

Third, since I am planning to print it a bit larger (probably 120*80 cm to 120 *40 cm depending of the layout of the choosen picture), I am interested in high resolution. The required resolution for good quality is out of my area of expertise, but I might be interested in purchasing the highest possible resolution, if I find this affordable. How much do you charge for this?

Since it takes some time to produce the canvas I would be happy if we could find a deal quite soon so that I could have it ready by christmas. I am considering to use one of your published pictures if you do not have any other suggestions as mentioned above.

Hi! I would like to use your image https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Kavanay%C3%A9n_panor%C3%A1mica_tepuys.jpg for commercial purposes. I want to make a Venezuelan poster with three panoramics: Caracas, Mérida and Kanavayen or Coro. I've got the first two of them because I live in Caracas and I've been to Mérida, but I haven't had the chance to visit Roraima.

The final art would have the attribution text that you suggest on top of your picture. Can I do this?
