I found some sources on Burgundy.
This source states that Burgundy was to be a "supranational Aryan state": [1]

- It appears that all they are doing repeating the primary source of Felix Kersten.

- We know very little about Himmler's plans for Burgundy, it was likely a real plan though, I'm not sure why Kersten would fabricate it.

- It is difficult to understand someone's motivation. It appears that he had fabricated other things in his memoir so it does call into question the rest. The lack of official collaborating documentation is enough to make it suspect.
