Putting an image in an infobox using interwiki links to a foreign language media file

Okay, may be more than a simple task for a one week wikinoob. The subject pretty much sums it up, am trying to bring an (off-shore) interwiki image into an infobox here. Tried numerous info/help pages, searches for the image {found the pedals File:Look pedals.jpg} and more than a few linking variations (Image:, File:, and specifying directories - 5#5f#), but time goes on . . . and I thought Pascal was interesting after basic and fortran. I'll gladly apply the fix, just getting nowhere.

The image may be seen here and the file/fichier/Image/catégorie may be seen at: wikipedia page http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fichier:Logo_Look.PNG and wikimedia page http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/fr/5/5f/Logo_Look.PNG

Now that I look at the source (or destination) page it almost looks like an indirect hotlink. This really might be easier. Merci, -- MornMore ( talk) 10:06, 15 November 2009 (UTC) reply

Sorry to have to break it to you but it's not possible, for various reasons, but mostly copyright. You can, however, upload it locally, as long as you provide the correct copyright information. -- Closedmouth ( talk) 12:20, 15 November 2009 (UTC) reply
