Fort Curtis

I was wondering about the rationale for this edit - I though the context about the occupation of Helena and the construction of the other batteries to be useful, and I really don't understand why the "Contruction" paragraph that is directly about the fort and its construction was removed. Having traveled to the area last year to gain better understanding the difficult terrain which an ancestor of mine fought, I was taken aback by the Kudzu-infested and greatly neglected condition of the historical sites and American Civil War markers. Helena is in a severe and lengthy period of economic decline, and could greatly benefit from cultural tourism. For this reason, emphasizing the open-air museum qualities of the New Fort Curtis was the rationale behind the edits. Your comment being valid, I put the paragraph back in.
