Hi - Sorry it took me awhile to respond to your message. I'm happy to help maintain the article, and will keep making sure that information doesn't get removed for no reason. I really have no idea what that user's problem is, but there is no way anyone else would ever agree that the list of locations should be removed based on the guidelines he or she is referring to. I took a look at what piano removed when I saw it on my Watchlist, and I took another look now, but (putting aside accusations of bias re: "your organization") I don't have much of a problem with piano's edits in this instance. It appears all that was removed was a paragraph about Plamondon owning some hotels in addition to the Roy's restaurants, and some links to other topics that are already linked in the article where relevant, so there's no need to include them under "See Also." There was a problem in that Plamondon wasn't actually linked anywhere in the article despite being mentioned several times, so I linked it in the relevant spots (and hopefully there won't be any objection).
