I know you've been around for a while, but since nobody else has said it "Welcome to Wikipedia."

I noticed your wonderful contributions to the Chester County NRHP lists, which motivated me to get the last 2. These deserve some explanation and might even be controversial.

Wilkinson House. New roof, new siding, removed rear "shed." So the cross-gable is gone, as well as the wooden "quoins". The foundations of the stable are in the right place though, as well as the bridge, railway, road and river.
Spruce Grove School, intentionally hidden by the owner behind "bridge out" and "detour" signs. He must have some pull with the local authorities. I entered via Hilltop View Road, the worst road in 10 counties. The owner was there with some workmen, who looked at me like I was crazy talking to him

Thanks for the Berks County pix

If you are concentrating in Berks, I'll move west to Lancaster-York and perhaps even Franklin. Actually I'll be in (mid-south) NJ for awhile and don't expect to get too many pix in PA. All the best. Smallbones( smalltalk) 03:38, 7 September 2013 (UTC) reply
