Hi. When you recently edited Lisbon Portela Airport, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Albastar ( check to confirm |  fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Scotland, England, Britain, etc

Please don't make sweeping changes to these. Per WP:UKNATIONALS, these changes should be discussed in article talk. -- John ( talk) 23:44, 23 December 2013 (UTC) reply

Related to the matter, I've reverted all the changes you made to airline articles (like adding the French flag to entries involving French overseas territories). They were unexplained, and also don't serve the purpose of a wikilink: if anyone is interested in knowing that New Caledonia is a French territory all s(he) has to do is click on the wikilink. Airline articles are not the place for claiming sovereignty. Please do not reinstate them, and rather gain consensus at WT:AIRLINE for such controversial modifications. Thanks.-- Jetstreamer  Talk 17:43, 2 February 2014 (UTC) reply

Hi, I use a semi-automated tool to monitor recent changes. I noticed you decapitalized "French" so I made a good-faith revert as French should be capitalized. The rollback tool undoes all changes made by the affected user, so I inadvertently removed your prior edit from that page as well. My apologies, feel free to restore it but do capitalize French – see MOS:CAPS. I have no idea why you thought it was a good idea to create a page in my user space to contact me. Please simply use my talk page next time. Thanks — MusikAnimal talk 19:24, 1 April 2014 (UTC) reply

Nelly Furtado

This issue has come up numerous times, and the problem is always the same: no editor has ever come up with a source explicitly stating that Furtado has Portuguese citizenship. There are numerous sources that indicate that she has Portuguese ethnicity, and numerous sources about Portuguese law related to blood relationships, but no single source that puts the two together.— Kww( talk) 23:33, 25 January 2015 (UTC) reply

Thank you for the terrific new information you are frequently adding to passport, ID card and visa articles!

I was somewhat surprised to see all the templated grouches above.

Some of them are unsigned and most do not provide any diffs of the edits complained about but, from what I've seen of your work, I assume they are the work of misguided grinches.

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled " Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary.
