I saw you added Image:Station.jpg to the DYK... but someone else had added it to the article. The image says it's a rail station in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil... I am removing it from the DYK and the article... I've notified the creator of the article as well. gren グレン 20:53, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

Congratulations!

Updated DYK query On 15 May, 2008, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Transport in Nagpur, which you recently nominated. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

Great pics

Thanks for making the article more appealing in terms of visuals. KnowledgeHegemonyPart2 ( talk) 15:01, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

Re:Image:Sikkim Assembly Gangtok.jpg

Actually, i dont know any short of magic. I think when the pic was uploaded it had a wrong license at Flickr, after your request at Flickr, the user changed the license to comply with the Wikipedia. I saw it and asked for another review and this is how the image got cleared. Many Indian articles lack good photos and flickr has some good photos. I will request you to through articles and check for the need of photos and then search the flickr for photos, request the flickr users to release it under appropriate license. Best of luck. Using the preview button can help to avoid the issue you describe, allowing you to save your article when you are happy with the output of your hard work. Many (incomplete) articles are created by editors who simply never return to cleanup their creations. That said, it's now a nice, decent article. I see you've removed the template. Cheers. -- Longhair\ talk 09:27, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

Finally got a The Telegraph ref for etymology of Gangtok. Further improved the article, with more inline citations. have a look. Hope the article will survive the FARC. And, bye the way, Pather Panchali is in peer review section of WikiProject Films now. Please have a look at that, too. Regards.-- Dwaipayan ( talk) 07:19, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

Yes, I don't think I will be able to edit much from June. Well, infrequently here and there, may be. Let's see... Sorry I could not do much with Nagpur article. Maybe sometime...-- Dwaipayan ( talk) 09:05, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

Hello made some changes to Nagpur article

I have made some necessary changes according to WP:MOS eg. years should not be linked if they appear alone and the date format etc etc. BTW where is the image of the taxis being attacked that you said you will try to get? - KnowledgeHegemonyPart2 ( talk) 20:01, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

Copyrighted images should not be an issue under WP:Fair Use - KnowledgeHegemonyPart2 ( talk) 08:07, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
Yeah absolutely, no point in getting into unnecessary trouble as it does not meet rationale. I feel you should nominate it for deletion {{db-author}}. I am searching for images with proper licences till then. Thanks. - KnowledgeHegemonyPart2 ( talk) 10:04, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
Hey just read the new addition about your last name. I knew rthat Pande is a Maharashtrian surname. BTW, have you read Pande-ism? I have now started 2008 caste violence in Rajasthan. Let's see how this one goes. - KnowledgeHegemonyPart2 ( talk) 10:30, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
Excellent! Now we can use the image. I must say in your mother tongue- Tujhi 'yukti' chaan kaamaat aalee! - KnowledgeHegemonyPart2 ( talk) 11:18, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

Demographics

First of all, dont insult me. I do as much for Wikipedia as you do, so have some respect.

Second of all, there has NEVER been a demographics table on ANY of the India city articles and when the Mumbai page was featured, therewas no table. So if YOU want to add in a table YOU have to discuss it BEFORE you add it in. Thats the way wikipedia works. Since there is a disagreement between you and me, take it to the discussion page and lets ask other people before adding it. Nikkul ( talk) 04:45, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Dude, calm down. I'm not declaring war on you. I just think there needs to be consensus before you put it there, because none of the other indian city articles have this. Nikkul ( talk) 07:48, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

I've implemented nearly all of the suggested changes and left comments about one or two I'm not sure about. Hopefully this is enough for a GA pass! Mangostar ( talk) 05:03, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

Dharavi - photo

Hi, I have translated the article about Dharavi to Norwegian bokmål/riksmål and I will try to expand it, but there should be some pictures there. The two pictures that are on Commons are possibly copyrighted and may thus be removed. Whattodo as they say in Sri Lanka, I checked up on the edit history and saw you had been there. Do you have any possibility to obtain free images from Dharavi that can be placed on Commons? Best regards - Ulflarsen ( talk) 13:41, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
