The article is gradually taking better shape. Hope to work on some other aspects also (one I have not been able to look into is "City institutions". Usually, there is no separate section on "city institutions" in Indian city articles. The content of such a section is incorporated into "Culture". Since in this article "City institutions" was a pretty large section, I thought it would not look good to incorporate the content into "Culture' directly, rather institutions was made a subsection of culture. However, this may be changed later.

Regarding sikkiminfo, for teh time being, let's keep it. Meanwhile, let's search if the information supported by sikkiminfo can be cited by other non-controversial websites/news sites. The reliability of sources sometimes depend on teh kind of information it has been used for. For example, Gangtok a helicopter service can be supported by sikkiminfo, whereas gangtok's population cannot be supported by a citation from sikkiminfo. Let's see what happens. I drastically reduced the Transport section. And created the daughter article Transport in Nagpur. Mihan's details are not needed in transport section, as those are mentioned under Economy.

Yes, i wish to work on Nagpur. However, at present working on others, including Gangtok, Pather Panchali, and Direct Action Day. Nagpur needs about 8-10 hours' work to get it in a good shape.
