Would it make more sense to redirect this article to List of United Kingdom by-elections (1832–1847)? Given that it was an uncontested and uncontroversial by-election, it doesn't seem like it will ever include more information than is on a line of the table there, and maintaining it as a separate article just seems like unnecessary overhead. Choess ( talk) 15:46, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
You made changes to my sandbox at 07.00 today, altering the categories I had attached to a draft article I am working on. Basically you reinstated categories for St Petroc's Church, Bodmin, and indeed I used that page in my sandbox as a basis for my total re-write on a different topic (related to a different religious building in Bodmin). The extant article for St Petroc's church, Bodmin retains its categories and has not been changed (yet) in any way, by me or by you. So I am undoing your changes to my sandbox draft. Trust you don't mind! ShropshirePilgrim ( talk) 16:32, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
Thanks for the explanation - it did seem a bit odd, but I'm always glad to learn just hope I have! ShropshirePilgrim ( talk) 00:50, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
There are many sources for these results, some are contradictory, some require untangling. Can this be borne in mind before adding pages? Thanks. Marplesmustgo ( talk) 20:12, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
Hello Gazamp, I noticed your interest on WP:Companies to improve company articles. I have COI with a few companies. There are some errors and inaccuracies that need to be updated on those articles. Since I am familiar with the subject and have COI, If I present content and verifiable secondary sources, would you be open to collaborating? What are your thoughts on this?-- Chefmikesf ( talk) 19:10, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
SuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
Note: All columns in this table are sortable, allowing you to rearrange the table so the articles most interesting to you are shown at the top. All images have mouse-over popups with more information. For more information about the columns and categories, please consult the documentation and please get in touch on SuggestBot's talk page with any questions you might have.
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better — thanks for helping.

Can you possibly not using the redirect, such as "WP Ireland" but use the full "WikiProject Ireland", for your assessments and likewise for other projects? The full WikiProject thus avoids the redirect. Thanks ww2censor ( talk) 00:36, 24 January 2021 (UTC)

Hi, just a quick message in regards to your creation of article for wards of Cornwall County Council. Generally the articles are titled as Newlyn and Goonhavern (ward) instead of Newlyn and Goonhavern (electoral division), and furthermore, the Template:Infobox England and Wales ward is used instead of the one you have been using. Thanks – SɱαɾƚყPαɳƚʂ22 ( Ⓣⓐⓛⓚ) 15:01, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
SmartyPants22 and Gazamp I just saw this. Please note that we have the page Wards and electoral divisions of the United Kingdom, which explains the difference. I wouldn’t support using one of the two words, “wards” or “divisions”, to mean both. In particular, there is the problem of two-tier areas which have both wards and divisions, where the separation is useful and needs to be understood. Moonraker ( talk) 12:06, 8 June 2022 (UTC)

Hi there, Gazamp, and welcome to Women in Red. It's good to see that you now intend to spend some of your editing time on creating articles about women. On the basis of your two recent women's biographies, you seem to be familiar with the requirements. You might nevertheless find it useful to look through our Primer for creating women's biographies. Please let me know is you run into any difficulties or need assistance. Happy editing!-- Ipigott ( talk) 06:52, 25 July 2022 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Malta 2023 GSSE logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. -- B-bot ( talk) 18:21, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
Hi Gazamp. I am a COI editor working to improve the article about Chris Kempczinski, the CEO of McDonald's. I have two open edit requests which have been discussed without a clear conclusion. I found you are part of Wikipedia:WikiProject Companies, so I am hoping you might like to take a look at the conversations at Talk:Chris Kempczinski. I believe the information in the second request provides a better understanding of the role Kempczinski has played leading the company since he became CEO. If you agree, I would appreciate if you could update the main article accordingly. Looking forward to your input, MattMcDonalds ( talk) 18:32, 17 January 2023 (UTC)

In July 2015 around 15.5% of the English Wikipedia's biographies were about women. As of July 2023, 19.61% of the English Wikipedia's biographies are about women. That's a lot of biographies created in the effort to close the gender gap. Happy 8th Anniversary! The article Stephen Randolph (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
This disambiguation page contains the primary topic and one other topic for the ambiguous title and no other topics can be found within a reasonable time.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your
edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the
proposed deletion process, but other
deletion processes exist. In particular, the
speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and
articles for deletion allows discussion to reach
consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot ( talk) 10:03, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
