I'm not sure why the article really needs the part about projected counts without the inclusion of undocumented peoples within the U.S. The Census Bureau has to count them. I think the U.S. Supreme Court said something about this in the case about imputation, when it struck that proposed practice as unconstitutional... Your many "awards" and categories on your user page leads me to believe you are a "regular cop of Wikipedia" or to be current "a regular George Zimmerman of Wikipedia." Also, on your talk page your first issue about RC bishops ends with "Thank you for your concern!" Do you really need to punctuate with an exclamation point? Does this spell things out for you? You might want to notice the fact that this is MY talk page. You came on here and started up with me in what I consider a less than civil tone. Catch my drift. Hey, before reverting my edits, if you had bothered to check, you might have noticed that by my editing, text on the page was made parallel. Meaning, that in the second paragraph Ignatius of Loyola, St. Francis Xavier, and Bl. Pierre Favre are not parallel to each other, either all three names should be completely wikified or not. Either all three should have a title or not. I was attempting to fix that. I admit in being parallel I did make one mistake, Pierre Favre should have been replaced by Peter Faber making it parallel with the rest of the article. I don't speak for the Bishops, but here in the US, the 19th is an obligatory memorial, which means that St Paul's memorial could never be an option, so moving it to the 20th allows it to be celebrated optionally. I don't know, but the term Archdiocese does not seem to date before the 5th century, so it is something of a neologism by Roman standards. I speculate that the Romans never took to calling their particular church an archdiocese because it had never been called one before. Even as they granted the right of metropolitan sees elsewhere in the west the right to call themselves archdioceses, a right that seems to have been eagerly sought and only grudgingly relinquished, there seemed no point in grasping at such a privilege themselves. Their own primacy was never contested, and so they needed no fancy titles to puff it up. Also, calling the pope an archbishop would almost seem a demotion. His illustrious predecessors of the first four centuries, such as Linus, Clement, Sixtus, and Cletus, all called themselves bishops of Rome, and never archbishops. No fancier title was ever needed. Before heading to James Madison, I spent two years at Bloomsburg Univ. (Penna.), like Emporia State it's also in Division II, except in wrestling where Bloom is in Div. I. I love all college sports, in all the divisions. I see over the weekend the ESU men had a number of competitors in the indoor track championships but they did not fare too well. MIAA schools both men and women did well overall, with Central Missouri taking the women's title. The MIAA also did well in wrestling with Neb.-Kearney's team finishing second overall. Thought I'd answer here than on Talk:Waded Cruzado: Virginia law has three kinds of subidiary bodies: Counties, incorporated towns (which are governed independently from counties, but share some public services with them, such as courts and law enforcement), and independent cities (not part of counties, and with governance completely severed from them). Towns and independent cities can be carved from counties. Independent cities may also annex towns. But no one can change the boundaries of an independent city, or annex it.

There was a big wave of annexation in Hampton Roads from 1952 to 1975. Three independent cities began swallowing up the five counties and the lone town around them. Horrified, five unincorporated parts of the counties sought and won state designation as independent cities, and they, too, began eating up the surrounding counties and the lone town. When the dust settled, there were eight independent cities, no towns, and no counties in the same area. (Elizabeth City County consolidated with the Town of Phoebus into the independent City of Hampton in 1952. Warwick County became the independent City of Warwick in 1952. The town of Portlock was annexed by City of South Norfolk in 1952. The independent City of Warwick merged with the independent City of Newport News in 1958. Norfolk County was swallowed up by the independent City of South Norfolk in 1963, which changed its name to become the independent City of Chesapeake. Princess Anne County was swallowed up by the independent City of Virginia Beach in 1963. The town of North Tazewell was annexed by the Town of Tazewell in 1963. Nansemond County became the independent City of Nansemond in 1972. The town of Whaleyville was annexed by the City of Suffolk in 1973. The independent City of Nansemond merged with with the independent City of Suffolk in 1974 [and retained the name Suffolk]. The town of Holland was annexed by the City of Suffolk in 1974.) The state legislature subsequently enacted a "temporary" ban on the creation of new independent cities, which remains in place to this day. (The last independent city created? Manassas Park, in 1975, carved out of Prince William County.) The legislature did not bar the creation of new towns, but did specify that towns must have a density of at least 1,000 people per square mile, as well as at least 10,000 people within the town borders. This effectively barred Arlington and Henrico county from ever seeing new towns created within their borders, or from seeing nearby towns (like Alexandria) from annexing their land, because the new, enlarged town would never meet the density criteria required by state law.

So what prevents Arlington as a whole from converting to a city? State dollars. Virginia consistently underfunds city (but not county) infrastructure, so there is no reason why Arlington would want to do it. Additionally, a 1932 law bars cities from receiving state money to pay for their own road maintenance and creation. Arlington County is very small, but there's no way the county would want to lose all that state funding and have to pick up the road bill itself. (FYI, that same law contains such vague criteria that VDOT, not the counties, makes the decision as to where to spend state funds on roads.) That year (1932) is critical, because until then Arlington County was mostly farmland. If you were born in 1965 like me, you may remember that the Reagan administration used the tactic to impose 21 as the drinking age in all states at the same time without allowing for any grandfather clauses. Yup, I have been needing to go to the optometrist for years! :-) Yes, I can see now, it's gray but it looks like a "bluish" gray to me. Maybe it's my computer and the way the photo is rendered, but it's probably just my eyes and also I have never seen them in real life so nothing to compare to. For instance, Roongo on the Bloomsburg U. article here, the color does not look right to me, it seems to differ from the color of the logo on the same page. About the West Chester U. deal---it comes down to this, I think you see my point in the matter, but I think you see who it is on the other side. The thing I don't like is the admin who is involved here, Jenks24, I looked up his User page, and his main areas of interest are cricket and Australian rules football. Doesn't say he's from Australia, but I think we can assume that he is. I do not want him rendering judgment again, as he probably knows little of the U.S. university system. I know it says in the guidelines, that decisions are made by consensus not voting, but I think we both know it's about how many soldiers you can bring to the fight. And I don't have the soldiers. No matter what's in the guidelines, I think we both know like in everything else "might makes right!" Proving I'm right isn't worth the price of peace. Yes, I get your point. I also think Jenks24 assumed good faith here since no one opposed at the time. Do I think they should have waited until others could weigh in, yes. IMO: Jenks24's nationality has nothing to do with this; WP:COMMONNAME – the main issue – does. The university doesn't help you out either as they brand without "of Pennsylvania". If you really want to argue the move, my suggestion would be to reach out to Jenks24 or ElKevbo (since he requested the move), or request a move and invite the wikiprojects to weigh in on the matter. I am neutral on this as I can go either way. {That's why I didn't !vote at the time.} The only way I'd !vote yes or no depends on who can make the best argument.

As for Roongo, he is colored different per the school's branding guidelines. Athletic colors are PMS 208 and Academic logos are PMS 209. Three sites show the same hex code when I enter them: Athletics is   #A30046 (which is what I show for Roongo) and Academic colors are   #860038 (which is shown in the Infobox). @ Qed237: Let me point out something to you! When you use Twinkle, you are supposed to use that for clear-cut vandalism, and when you do that, you are supposed to leave an edit summary and you didn't. In my case it wasn't vandalism in the least, apparently what you did is you use Twinkle indiscriminantly and if you make a mistake like you did in mine, when you are made aware of it you come up with more and more nonsense instead of owning up on your mistake and making good on it. By using Twinkle you are reverting people's edits without even looking at them apparently, in fact it's quite apparent from other's entries on your talk page. If anyone is abusing something, it's you abusing Twinkle, as you have made over 50,000 edits and almost 25,000 of them are by using Twinkle. Freddiem ( talk) 19:26, 4 January 2016 (UTC) reply

Dont try and change subject, this is about your edits and you have even been told in the past about minor edits. The amount of times I have used twinkle is not relevant as I am a recent changes patroller and regular vandalism fighter which mean that I will have a "higher" count than regular. Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Ginger Group while logged out. Making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of more than one account or IP address by one person. Yes, SNCC does have an unnecessary pipe to avoid redirect in it, however there is no policy saying that they should be parallel and there is a policy indicating that it should not be changed. See my comments on Template talk:Fraternities and sororities (yes the s is lower case, the talk page wasn't moved when the template was. ). The fact is that as far as I can tell, *ALL* of the groups on the page are those that claim a Title IX exemption. No co-ed group is there, no NIMC (including the single gender groups), no PFA (or prior PFA). I'd love to restart the discussion there with someone new involved. You are connect, missed TBS. In my mind there is *no* reason for a list "above" the individual school level to include ΤΒΣ and not ΚΚΨ. As for 10 years, you mean Template:10 Year topicon? Sorry, but I'm confused about your first sentence in your last response here, what do you mean by "a list "above" the individual school level"? Anyhow, I guess the issue boils down to whether we want any of the NIMC members on the template at all. Also the categorization on the template, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is under Social fraternities, while its sorority counterpart Sigma Alpha Iota, which like Sinfonia is also single-sex, is under Major specific. Regarding the ten-year society template, the only way I even knew about it was that the template is there on the bottom of your user page. :-) As for me, in the early years, I only made a few edits. It has only been in the last few years, that I have made a significant amount of edits. Well, I hope we see some feedback on the issue at the template's talk page, but I won't hold my breath. Glad to hear you are doing well. I forgot you weren't watching much sports on TV. Since I have had a laptop, I always have it when TV viewing. So especially when watching the Mets, when they start to screw up I pay more attention to surfing the 'net. After the Mets started to lose I started to skip around some of the MIAA football teams articles, and did some edits as you probably noticed. I saw the recent edit you did for the NCAA division in the one infobox. If that is the way you want to go with it, then just let me know. I will make those edits as I go through the articles, to make things uniform. Just waiting for your go ahead. As always we want to be on the same page. The little bit I do I want to make sure I am not stepping on toes, so open discussion is the key. I noticed you have templates for all the MIAA football teams except Nebraska-Kearney, so even though I know that's a pain it has to be on the to-do list. Thanks for your help! The NCAA link being piped makes most sense to me... it already says NCAA division on the left. Although, the NCAA Division I schools don't use it... think we need to? IMO, we don't. Others may disagree. I can go ahead and make that change, I'm needing to go thru the articles and updated a few things. The Kearney box is on to-do list, however, I'm needing four or more links for it to go public. Once I get the 2016 article up, that will be number 2 (Cope Stadium being the other). @ Corkythehornetfan: You are welcome. I agree with the piping of the NCAA Division II link. Except I think that the infobox template should show just NCAA rather than NCAA division. I think "division" is kind of unnecessary if we pipe to "Division II" and it looks sloppy with the lower case "d". Sorry, @ Corinne: for not getting back to you sooner. I really appreciate your compliment, thank you, it really means a lot to me. It gives me confidence in editing when you have to overcome some other editors who revert all of one's edits by using Twinkle. Instead of selectively editing what they don't like, they just override everything you've done when they lazily just Twinkle all over you. Usually I just give up and quit editing the page, but in the case of West Virginia, I just went back and redid the changes that were inadvertently overridden. Thanks, @ Corinne:, for the advice it makes me know that I was correct in my thinking. If you check out the section "January 2016" above, I had it out with one guy early last year. And then the guy at the bottom of the section, you see laid down a threat. I took a three month "Wikibreak" and while doing so did a little research, I found the guy who laid down the threat was basically an "attack dog" for the other guy. @ Johnluisocasio: Thank you for the many "Thanks" and thank you for your editing work. I am interested in all of the sports you have listed on your User page, though as far as cricket goes...I have an interest in it, but I can't say I understand the game all that much. Lol. I am also interested in administrative divisions and subdivisions of local government in all countries. As far as Anime goes, I know what it is but hardly anything else and the Animal Kingdom, well, I love animals but I don't know much of the science. Anyhow, you have seen that I edit a lot of college and university articles, particularly pertaining to sports. I am going to look over conference articles in NCAA Division III, and maybe do some editing, if there's a lot, I may ask you for a hand. Thanks, again.
