Yes. The company was founded in 1960 under the name Nihon Goraku Bussan, which merged with Rosen Enterprises and changed its name to Sega Enterprises, Ltd. in 1965. G&W later acquired an 80% stake in the company in 1969. FlamencoReturns ( talk) 02:07, 11 October 2023 (UTC) reply
