Turkic peoples map

Salam Ebrahimi-amir. I saw in the Turkic peoples page that you uploaded a map of Turkic minority in Iran. Is the map accurate? because that's a big chunk of Iran with Turkic majority. And btw is turkification in Iran still growing? :) thanks Arablinguist ( talk) 15:49, 17 March 2012 (UTC) reply

Hello arablinguist. I'm a lurker but I wanted to make an account to answer your question. Apologies for the stupid username, its all i could think of at the moment lol. Regarding your question, i saw the map that you were referring to. I must say that its inaccurate. I think Ebhrahimi Amir exaggerated the distribution of turkic minority communities in Iran. Perhaps he's a turkic nationalist of some sort, definitely with a twisted agenda. As for the second part of your question, i dont understand entirely what you mean. Irans population is growing, which includes the growth of the persian majority population (which is rapidly increasing), as well as the growth of minority kurdish, azari (turkic), balochi and luri populations. Pretty much similar growth rates. So yes the minority populations (e.g. kurdish, baloch, lur and azari/turkic) of Iran are growing, but the persian majority population is also growing at a similar rate. Contrary to your opinion Turkic people in Iran are not "minority".
According to Ahmed KASRAVI (November 1922):

And official source about Iranin languges:

To "To-Arablinguist": Lol, of all names to choose from, you had to choose this? No worries sir/ma'am. Thanks for your answer. I'm inclined to believe what you're saying. I did my homework and I agree with your response. I also think Ebrahimi-Amir exaggerated the figures and distribution of the Turkic peoples, which is why I was concerned about the accuracy of his map. Yes you understood the second part of my question fairly well. I wanted to know if the minority populations, especially the Turkic, was growing alongside the growth of the other Iranian populations (e.g. Persian, etc). So thanks for clarifying that.

BTW I have seen Turkic nationalists severely exaggerate the population of Turks in Arab countries as well, e.g. Iraq and Syria. So it wouldn't surprise me if certain Turkic nationalists are exaggerating the population of Turkics in Iran as well. Unfortunately nationalists always fabricate numbers in order to make their position appear stronger. Arablinguist ( talk) 00:31, 27 April 2012 (UTC) reply

To "Ebrahimi-Amir": I'm afraid your sources are weak and prone to nationalistic bias. BTW I love reading about the Turkic peoples but I don't like it when people falsify truth. I've seen Turks exaggerate their population size in Syria and Iraq, and now I'm seeing Turks exaggerate their population size in Iran. It's ruining your reputation. You're being discussed

Hello Ebrahimi-amir. Your new map is being discussed at User talk:EdJohnston#Nationalist self made map by User:Ebrahimi-amir. You may respond there if you wish. At first glance, this map looks worrisome. It seems like it might have been created to insert a point of view that can't be substantiated from reliable sources. Thank you, EdJohnston ( talk) 01:48, 10 April 2013 (UTC) reply

Arbitration Enforcement

Please note I am citing you for violating your condition for being unbanned and making controversial ethnic edits. I am seeking enforcement for violation of your terms. You may respond in this link: [1] -- Xodabande14 ( talk) 02:40, 10 April 2013 (UTC) reply

your maps in other wikis

Your maps in wiki commons (the nationalistic ones) should be deleted. Because it is not really correct to use it in other Wikipedias, specially the ones you are involved and there is no opposition to such nationalistic tendencies (like Azeri wikipedia). I do not care about ethnicity or religion but all Wikipedia needs to be kept WP:RS and free from nationalistic POV pushing. No one chooses the language, religion or race they are born in and the superior person is the one with most humanity. So my disagreement with you was based on making maps that are nationalistic. Thanks. -- Xodabande14 ( talk) 14:38, 12 April 2013 (UTC) reply

After a few days, the new map will replace the previous map.-- Ebrahimi-amir ( talk) 15:11, 12 April 2013 (UTC) reply

Arbitration enforcement discretionary sanction: Armenia-Azerbaijan topic ban

The following sanction now applies to you (in accordance with the procedure described at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions):

You are topic-banned from everything related to Armenia or Azerbaijan for six months.

You have been sanctioned for the reason(s) set down in this arbitration enforcement request.

This sanction is imposed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the authority of the Arbitration Committee's decision at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan 2#Final decision. This sanction has been recorded on the log of sanctions for that decision. If the sanction includes a topic ban, please read the banning policy to ensure you understand what this means. If you do not comply with this sanction, you may be blocked for an extended period, by way of enforcement of this sanction—and you may also be made subject to further sanctions.

You may appeal this sanction using the process described at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions#Appeal. I recommend that you use the arbitration enforcement appeals template if you wish to submit an appeal. If you appeal this sanction, you remain bound by it until you are notified by an uninvolved administrator that the appeal has been successful. You are free to contact me on my talk page if anything of the above is unclear to you.  Sandstein  14:39, 13 April 2013 (UTC) reply

AE enforcement

Your banned from any Iran, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia (regional stuff) per the decision above. But I do think I can help you... I offered my suggestions on Azerbaijani people's page as there were some progress. It is very small edit which matches WP:RS, which I have mentioned in the talkpage ("mixed areas" should "linguistic minority" and there was minor issue with Toviskaran, Assabad, Nahavand and Malayer per the Ostaandaari source (which encompasses the whole province)). Please email me the new link for the map (see my suggestions) or/and put it in my talkpage. Then a good word can be put in for you and your appeal (if you wish) might be successful. Also in one of your maps, you have translated "Aqwaam" (ethnic groups) to "nations" (in English). That is falsifying the sources [3]. Melal is nations but Aqwam means ethnic group. One must translate things exactly as they are, and not what they wish! -- Xodabande14 ( talk) 15:18, 13 April 2013 (UTC) reply

FYI, [4]. I put map 3 online. Anyhow, you asked for consensus after the AE report (not before) and you still have a lot of nationalistic maps in Wiki commons which should be deleted . I do believe that a time-out of 6 months is a good things in order for you not to make nationalist edit warring. Nothing personal but your behavior wastes a lot of time for people who want accurate information (e.g. is the map that colors Qom and Nagorno-Karabagh the same as East Azerbaijan.). I hope you do well. -- Xodabande14 ( talk) 14:58, 15 April 2013 (UTC) reply

Political Agenda

On numerous articles I have seen your attempts to push your twisted Pan-Turk agenda, this is Wikipedia, a page where unbiased and valid information is spread. Not falsified history or political agendas, the fact that you say you are from "South Azerbaijan" is enough to confirm you are a Pan-Turk from Aran. Stop your actions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Migboy123 ( talkcontribs) 07:31, 20 April 2019 (UTC) reply
