Why did you delete mention of the SBC from the Carter entry in Conservative Democrat? The Jimmy Carter bio mentions that he cut his ties to the group in 2000. Do you know he wasn't associated with it during or before his presidency? ·:· Will Beback ·:· 19:19, 4 October 2008 (UTC) reply

Thanks for your reply. As a politician, Carter has had little impact since the end of his presidency. Though his departure from the SBC was reported, by 2000 he was no longer active in the political arena. The fact that decades after his presidency he resigned has little bearing on anything, IMO.
