I'm not quite sure what you are asking, so I'll try and explain, and if it doesn't answer your question you can always get back to me for clarification!

If you are interested in being coached under the Esperanza admin coaching programme you need to sign up at the bottom of the "Requests" list on that page. Eventually (there is a very long backlog there) you will be assigned (i.e. you don't ask anyone personally for it) a couple of coaches to help you out with admin related skills and tasks.

You might have seen my personal rfa reviews subpage. This is totally separate from the admin coaching program, and is something I do independently from anyone else. If you ask me to, I'll take a look at your contributions, see how suitable you'd be to become an admin, with the view to nominating you if I think you'd be suitable. I'd rather that only people who were reasonably confidant that they will soon be suitable for a WP:RFA nomination asked for that. If I nominate you via that method, I will provide plenty of support during the RFA process. Also note, that because I'm pretty busy in real life, there will also be a long wait before I have enough time to complete anything on that page.

If another user decides to nominate you, it is up to them how much support they provide. You are probably better off waiting for a nomination from an experienced user (for example, but not necessarily, an admin) than accepting one from a new user, who will have less idea how the RFA process works.

None of the above is in any way a guarantee that you will become an admin, there are just ways to help out.

Yes, the colors are based on the promotion date of each admin (see the page's intro). The semiactives, inactives and formers are all listed in three sections at the bottom of the page. Feel free to update the chart if you like, I use a slightly different color code each month now, which is listed on the talk page. I review any edits that are made, so don't worry if you get it slightly wrong at first, I am always happy to have anyone who wants to update or improve my subpages to do so :). I know your bot automatically fixing templates on user's page, and some links. In my opinion, your bot is also used for removed deleted images. What else does your bot do? Sorry for the late message, I've been pretty busy as well.  :) Anyways, the links you are referring to are called interwiki links. By clicking on one, you can see an article's version in another language (if it exists on that language Wikipedia). They are made like this:

[[xxx:Title]]

Where "xxx" is the two- or three-letter code for a Wikipedia in another language and "Title" is the article title in that language. Any Wikipedia's language code can be found at the beginning of the website's URL. For example, the Spanish Wikipedia's language code is es (short for Español, of course), from es.wikipedia.org. So, to link to the Spanish version of an article called The weather in London, you would type:

[[es:El tiempo en Londres]]

Thanks for your question. First, I'll admit that I'm not the most experienced user or the one most familiar with either monobook, so you might wish to find someone at Wikipedia:WikiProject User scripts who can help you and clarify things better than I can. However, I'll do my best to answer your questions. The .js file is written in JavaScript; each user's monobook.js file can be used to add or remove links to the sidebar, add popups (such as Lupin's popups tool), and other customization similar to that mentioned. The .css file, however, is a Cascading Style Sheet. The user's monobook.css can be changed to customize font, display size, etc. Wikipedia:Monobook offers more information on the .js files, and Help:User style explains .css files. As for the use of monobooks throughout Wikipedia, there are global monobooks ( MediaWiki:Monobook.css, MediaWiki:Common.css, and MediaWiki:Common.js) in the MediaWiki namespace that set the default sidebar links, font, etc.; any changes to your monobook edits the global monobook for your viewing only, while changes to those pages affect the entire site. I'm not too sure what you mean by "for newspaper in wikipedia about Arbitration Committee". I hope I've answered your questions! If not, let me know and I'll do my best to clarify. Thanks!
