Your statement on my page.

Disruptive editing is EXACTLY what I think Binksternet is doing. He is driving me away, and I think many others capable responsible adult people with his, for lack of a better term, temper tantrums

Why should I care what “Meters” says if at this point I am disgusted with the mob controling Wikipedia editors now? That he can kick me out? Not much of a threat at this point, truth be told.

FYI, I hold four US Patents, have authored or co-authored in excess of 20 peer reviewed scientific acadeic journal articles, have written numerous other papers that are not in academic journals. I am on a commitee that writes & reviews US National engineering standards for gear design. I am the chief engineer of an international corporation.

I choose to donate my time to try to help what I thought was a worthwhile endevor, to find it dominated by — for want of a better term, a political clique of jerks.

Binksternet, Meters, and others are the problem. Me reporting the problem is not the problem.

Pending changes reviewer granted

Hello. Your account has been granted the "pending changes reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes. The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection turned on is located at Special:StablePages.

Information icon Please don't change the format of dates, as you did to Acts of Shmona and of Gurya. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.

For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.

If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. Please read MOS:ERA. JudeccaXIII ( talk) 20:13, 6 July 2018 (UTC) reply

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot ( talk) 17:25, 8 July 2018 (UTC) reply

August 2018

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Wikipedia:Short description. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. RexxS ( talk) 14:03, 4 August 2018 (UTC) reply

@ RexxS: I apologize. I made several edits in a row and was unaware of your revert. Daask ( talk) 14:08, 4 August 2018 (UTC) reply

On the Tobacco monopoly

Hi there Daask! Thanks for the cleanup of my work at Ilocos Norte Tobacco Excise Tax funds controversy. I hope you don't mind that I brought back the 1800s history in a much-truncated form - I just felt it was important to demonstrate Ilocos Norte's dependence on Tobacco production. What's still missing from that section is how Tobacco policy has created misery for farmers in the region since the 1700s, which provides a historical/socio-cultural context for the controversy. But I haven't really studied the Tobacco monopoly in enough depth yet to know how to use scholarly sources to draw out the linkages between historical policy and contemporary scandals. :S Anyway. That's just me explaining my return of the section. - Alternativity ( talk) 03:28, 8 September 2018 (UTC) reply

Hello, Daask. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, " Imperial Ministry of Food and Agriculture".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Abelmoschus Esculentus 11:43, 30 October 2018 (UTC) reply
