tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button

Okay; we seem to have a little bit of problems over at the
University of Mindanao article. You're reintroducing text that is considered a COPYRIGHT VIOLATION. Now, the AfD has considered keeping your article on the condition that this COPYRIGHTED TEXT is NOT INTRODUCED again. Please see

In addition, the removal of AfD tags is considered vandalism. Deleting the tag won't prevent the discussion from going on. So, stop it.
