The information, which is in Wikipedia (in Baidya page) that is not actually authentic information as I'm from the Baidya community. I know the history of my community. Baidyas are originally from the 'Saraswat Brhamin". Read the texts of Ramaprasad Sen and his thoughts. Baidyas are have the same rituals as Brahmins and same hierarchy in Bengal.
