Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid
copyright and
plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Perhaps we could discuss the content and references you added to the synopsis section. For me, this would not be the place to insert interpretations ie what Lloyd thought the character ‘seems’ to feel.

I think given the historical misunderstandings about this song, which Lloyd’s work embodies in parts, the best thing would be simply to present the text of, say, a Such broadsheet, ie the one Lloyd refers to.
By the way I have a copy of the Sing article. I’ll double check but I don’t think he says in that article the words you quote him as saying. Interested to know where you found a copy. It took me ages to find one.
