I don't think you have enough experience editing Wikipedia to be tagging pages for deletion. You made several mistakes. First, please never "blank" the page. Then patrolling administrators need to revert your edits to see what the content was on the page. Secondly, you need to post a notification of the deletion tagging on the talk page of the page creator which you neglected to do. This is usually done by using Twinkle and setting your Twinkle Preferences to "Notify page creator".
But in general, you should gain more experience improving existing articles and gaining experience before judging which articles should be deleted.
