Hello, I'm CommanderWaterford. I noticed that you recently removed content from The Independent without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Hello, I'm Green Dragon Pride. I noticed that you recently removed content without adequately explaining why. Suggesting it on the talk page was the right thing to do but a change like that shouldn't be made when no one but you has had any input. Green Dragon Pride ( talk) 01:22, 4 August 2020 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Matthew Goodwin, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. It was already there before you came along which makes it not work like that. Green Dragon Pride ( talk) 01:28, 4 August 2020 (UTC)

Have you considered making an account? Because looking at your contributions I realize you've edited quite a bit here, possibly even more from other IPs since I see one from a similar range commented on the article's talk page a while back. I still believe removing content that was up for several months without discussing isn't supposed to be done but I am still fairly new here, and editors may have more respect for your opinions if they are coming from an account rather than an IP address. This is the
discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's
IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may
create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users.
Registering also hides your IP address. |
