Since Margate Entertainment's usage of the TVS Television Network branding is ignored (because they don't have the branding trademarked), wouldn't that also be the situation for KBPX-LD's usage of the DuMont Television Network branding (see: Present day use of the DuMont brand in broadcasting & Subchannels)? 2600:1700:C960:2270:5D08:5878:58AF:F6F0 ( talk) 22:43, 24 September 2023 (UTC)
- I don't know what you're doing editing now (points to the pink banner above), but one low-power station in Houston using a defunct branding and carrying public domain programming is not the same as TVS's situation, as that programming is clearly PD and can air anywhere, anytime.
