As my edit summary and the warning above says, we do not allow original research

I'm not sure why you haven't read WP:NOR. "The phrase "original research" (OR) is used on Wikipedia to refer to material—such as facts, allegations, and ideas—for which no reliable, published sources exist.[a] This includes any analysis or synthesis of published material that serves to reach or imply a conclusion not stated by the sources. To demonstrate that you are not adding OR, you must be able to cite reliable, published sources that are directly related to the topic of the article, and directly support the material being presented." In other words, we can't use our own logic or analysis. Doug Weller talk 12:05, 2 April 2019 (UTC) reply

OR doesn't explain your objection to my edit

All facts quoted by me in my edit are not OR and are cited in the article. Further, the text of Revelation 13:18 itself, invites the counting or addition of these numbers as is done at many other points in the article that have not been removed. The numbers (13:18) derived for the chapter and verse are not OR and is cited in many places throughout that entry and, so is the arithmetic that yields the number 36 (which is also cited elsewhere in the article). Thanks for your feedback but, please reconsider whether your edits are consistent with the policy.
