If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Samir Masimov, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Sir Sputnik ( talk) 18:43, 22 May 2014 (UTC) reply

Wikilinking

Hi, and thanks for your work on the English Wikipedia.

I noticed an article you worked on. Just a short note to point out that we don’t normally link:

  • dates
  • years
  • commonly known geographical terms (including well-known country-names), and
  • common terms you’d look up in a dictionary (unless significantly technical).

This applies to infoboxes, too.

Thanks, and my best wishes.

Speedy deletion nomination of H.O.S.T.

Hello Yacatisma,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged H.O.S.T. for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Aha... ( talk) 11:53, 26 June 2014 (UTC) reply

West Azerbaijan Province

Could you share, at Talk:West Azerbaijan Province, your reasons for changing West Azerbaijan Province from a "B" article to a "C" article? What is missing? -- Bejnar ( talk) 01:49, 27 June 2014 (UTC) reply

We can start with that, heading of that already splitted with large gap. Moreover, you get huge list of Churches section, a separate article must be created with list. I wouldn't say article is bad, it just need bit clean up. Regards ;) -- Yacatisma ( talk) 07:20, 27 June 2014 (UTC) reply

Ways to improve Azenglish

Hi, I'm Cnilep. Yacatisma, thanks for creating Azenglish!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article cites no secondary sources to verify its content or establish notability. It seems to cite only web pages that use English words in Azerbaijani text, not sources that discuss "Azenglish".

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Cnilep ( talk) 00:29, 28 June 2014 (UTC) reply

2015 European Games

Hi Yacatisma, I thought it pertinent - we see similar passages in the Beijing Olympics webpage and I thought it relevant. Can understand your position, but possibly we should have a community discussion about it? Alternatively, we could hold off until it gets worse I suppose, in a morbid way. -- Tiresais ( talk) 20:31, 12 August 2014 (UTC) reply

On the contrary - the journalist specifically states his belief that they are related to the event, which would make the situations comparable. Anyway, if you insist on caution then that's fine, we'll wait for the situation to get worse and add it then, when larger news corporations point out the parallels -- Tiresais ( talk) 10:39, 13 August 2014 (UTC) reply
