Your recent article submission to
Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Ratnahastin were:
This submission's references do not show that the subject
qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published,
reliable,
secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the
guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see
technical help and learn about
mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Hi there. Hope you're good. Could you please dumb this down for me? How best can I resolve these issues?

(
talk page watcher) At first glance, most of the sources you provide just have minor mentions of the person, which doesn't make them notable. Also, dumb it down with the citation overkill, please. thetechie@enwiki:

Thanks for that feedback. I appreciate it.

If I may ask, which of these sources would you say are relevant enough? I'm now thinking of editing the article to be as minimal as possible with just the sources that are notable, but I'd like to know which ones would those be from this article for example.

Alright, I'll be more specific. Here's my detailed feedback. I apologize for not being more specific earlier.
You usually wouldn't need citations for "advocate", "orator", "constitutionalist", "feminist", and "human rights activist".
We do not usually use words such as "advocate", "orator", "constitutionalist", and "feminist", remove those from the lead.
You have way too much citations on "advocate", "orator", "constitutionalist", "feminist", and "human rights activist", "Bill Number 2", and "its case". I'm especially concerned with the clumps of 6 inline citations altogether in 2 places in your draft.
The "Education" section cites no sources.
Do not link WELEAD Trust's website inline, instead de-link it, and put the website link in an "External links" section.
Make sure your citations demonstrate notability, still, a few of them seem broad and not talking about them specifically.
A few more minor things:
Change "Early Life" -> "Early life": please make sure to maintain sentence case in headings.
Fix the "Career" section. It sounds too much like an ad (for example, has been instrumental in fostering youth leadership).
Be sure to link things which exist in Wikipedia; for example, if Bill Number 2 has an article on Wikipedia, link it! But do not link drafts.
I know your question was about the sources in the article. There are too many for me to decide, but I'll let someone else help you if you like. If you really need help, using {{help me}} could potentially help you get a third opinion.
It's actually very helpful and quite clear thanks. I appreciate the detailed feedback.
Concerning point no. 4, how do I use the 'help me' facility? Do I just go on there and ask people to look through this draft and review it for me?

You start a new topic, you click "source", and type, {{help me}} followed by your question. thetechie@enwiki:
