Personally I think the best way to go is to use the {{ Wikisource}} logo thingy, along with some references in citation format to information in the article itself, but other than that each situation may be different and could be hashed out on the articles' talk pages. But definitely the primary source court documents are very very helpful and you are doing a good service by providing them online in this fashion, and no one should contest the inclusion of the links to Wikisource via the logo/code thingy.
