Hello I’m new to Wikipedia editing, however I love research and writing, on specific topics: ie,…historical concerning sites and or persons, art and architecture, musicians; this being noted, my interests are broad. I’m open to learn. I was able to edit and add links, on first try, but certainly could use a mentor? How do I go about asking for such? Would it be based on topic, style, formats? I did find the first addition of the Fort Collins high school newspaper on this pape, however, is the wiki AI bot looking for just the url page from which the newspaper is launched? Hi there! Phase I of the Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/2024 review has concluded, with several impactful changes gaining community consensus and proceeding to various stages of implementation. Some proposals will be implemented in full outright; others will be discussed at phase II before being implemented; and still others will proceed on a trial basis before being brought to phase II. The following proposals have gained consensus:
See the project page for a full list of proposals and their outcomes. A huge thank-you to everyone who has participated so far :) looking forward to seeing lots of hard work become a reality in phase II. theleekycauldron ( talk), via MediaWiki message delivery ( talk) 08:09, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
I've recently doubled the size of /info/en/?search=Taketoyo_Line after expanding contents, could you check it for possible grammar/formatting mistakes? -- ABG ( Talk/Report any mistakes here) 12:50, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
Hello, I've read an Wikipedia information about throat-singing, which gives a specific focus on Tuvan throat singing in a way that makes the Mongolian throat singing insignificant. Throat-singing or Khoomei is an indigenous Mongolian intangible art, which was originated in Mongolia. Tuvan throat singing is slightly different from Mongolian throat-singing but Mongolian throat-singing is the most classical and authentic version of Khoomei. I provide more academic references about the Mongolian throat-singing "Khoomei". Please advise me on how to suggest edits to this existing Wikipedia article about throat-singing. -- Mongol Academy Hub ( talk) 23:59, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
I just want to report an error on a page, but Wikipedia insists on me editing it. I'm not going to go that route, but I'll report the error to you if you wish to correct it.
It is merely a link on the "List of mountain peaks of New Mexico" page. It is "Wind Mountain", listed under "The 30 most topographically prominent summits of New Mexico". It is item 30 in the list.
The link will take you to Wind Mountain in Alberta, Canada. I don't think there is a Wikipedia page dedicated to this New Mexico mountain.

Just FYI if you wish to remove or correct the link. -- Bdjaustexas ( talk) 23:38, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
