Disambiguation link notification for March 6

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Charles Andrew Williams, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tehachapi. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Pelican Bay State Prison copyright problem

I have paraphrased and removed content you added to the above article, as it appears to have been copied from https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/sep/01/california-ends-isolation-gang-leaders-prison, a copyright web page. All content you add to Wikipedia must be written in your own words. Please leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions or if you think I made a mistake. — Diannaa 🍁 ( talk) 21:03, 21 January 2017 (UTC) reply

Disambiguation link notification for September 25

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited California State Prison, Centinela, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Damian Williams ( check to confirm |  fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Edit

Can you do me a favor and revert this please? https://en.wikipedia.org/?title=California_State_Prison%2C_Centinela&type=revision&diff=1109018023&oldid=1108863996 2601:206:301:4A90:B6A3:15D2:BC46:CF7 ( talk) 16:34, 13 September 2022 (UTC) reply

This IP is a sock of prolific sockmaster Cadeken. See WP:Sockpuppet investigations/Cadeken/Archive, who has created dozens of accounts and used even more IPs. The editing pattern is identical. IPs in southern California always pop up when a registered sock is blocked. The IPs seek meatpuppets with this message to evade a block or policies. This IP was recently blocked for such solicitations. Sundayclose ( talk) 01:47, 14 September 2022 (UTC) reply
