Sharad Khare is an independent computer security consultant. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SINFOTECH GROUP, the India-based global information technology services company.

He Introduced SINFOTECH GROUP in 2007-08 after earning his Job From WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, he created the start-up company, Comet, where he developed and implemented many of the ideas which are core to the IT philosophy. In 2008-09 he completed CEH(Certified Ethical Hacker) and ECSA (Certicified Security Analyist) From EC-Council and MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) & MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) From Microsoft, In 2010 he Participated in CHFI Programme (Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator) & Successfully completed it to Observe the process of detecting hacking attacks and properly extracting evidence to report the crime and conduct audits to prevent future attacks.
