Actually, you can just click the "new section" tab at the top of the page.
I've always been happy with just one set of tips so I've never thought about it. But your query suggests it should be in the article. I'm trying to find a reliable source about this. Please help me with... deleting the Joshua Ryne Goldberg page. I added something to it and it was deleted. When I followed the link I found an article called something:CRIME that says people who are accused of a crime shouldn't have articles unless they've been convicted, if they aren't famous, and he isn't. I want to delete it but even the short process for deletion is too long.
