Welcome to Wikipedia, King Ayan Das! I'm Ozzie10aaaa, and I've been assigned as your mentor. About half of new Wikipedia accounts receive a mentor chosen randomly from a list of volunteers. It just means I'm here to help with anything you need! We need to have all kinds of people working together to create an online encyclopedia, so I'm glad you're here. Over time, you will figure out what you enjoy doing the most on Wikipedia.
You might have noticed that you have access to a tutorial and suggested edits. It's recommended that you take advantage of this, as it'll make learning how to edit Wikipedia easier.
If you need assistance with anything or have any questions, click on the "Get editing help" button on the bottom right corner of your screen. This will open up a module with links to help pages and a place to ask me questions. You can also ask me questions directly on my talk page, or go here to get help from the wider community.
Again, welcome to Wikipedia!
When adding links to material on external sites, as you did to
Kareena Kapoor Khan filmography, please ensure that the external site is not
violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as
YouTube or
Sci-Hub, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be
blocked from editing.
If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:
If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead. Krimuk2.0 ( talk) 11:30, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm ZLEA. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, HAL Tejas, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ZLEA T\ C 19:43, 2 November 2023 (UTC)

F.Alexsandr ( talk) 18:38, 5 November 2023 (UTC)I noticed that you added HAL HLFT-42 to the See also sections of many fighter aircraft articles. Since the HLFT-42 is primarily a trainer/LCA, it should be added to the See also sections of aircraft of similar roles. I've reverted many of your additions, but I have left the additions to trainer/LCA articles. - ZLEA T\ C 05:24, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
Are you User:Ayan Das 5325? There's nothing wrong with having multiple accounts, so long as they are used for legitimate purposes, but it is recommended that users with multiple accounts disclose that they are the same person to avoid any confusion. - ZLEA T\ C 22:06, 22 November 2023 (UTC)
Really good job on HAL HLFT-42 :)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to HAL HF-73, without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Echo1Charlie ( talk) 14:53, 26 December 2023 (UTC)
In [ ] you claimed that this source says that the HAL HPT-32 Deepak is a development of the HAL HT-2, which it doesn't and is clearly nonsense - what the source actually says is it was developed as a replacement for the HT-2, which is something completely different. In addition you claim that the source says that 144 HPT-32s were built, which it doesn't and that production continued until 1993, which the source doesn't say. It is entirely unacceptable to misrepresent the content of sources like this. Do not do this again. Nigel Ish ( talk) 16:27, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
Please don’t add or change content without verifying it by citing a reliable source, as you have done on the List of active Indian military aircraft article. Also do NOT insert flagcons into the tables MOS:FLAGCRUFT -Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources –Thank you FOX 52 talk! 05:44, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
DO NOT engaged in an disruptive editing as you are doing on List of active Indian military aircraft article. You are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid conflicts. You have recently edited a page related to India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{ Ctopics/aware}} template.

I have reverted your page moves of Cricket World Cup on the basis that it did not qualify as an uncontroversial move as there had been a previous discussion about the title of the page. I have also reverted the related pages moves of Women's Cricket World Cup and History of the Cricket World Cup as believe these could be controversial. You are welcome to submit a formal move request for these articles through the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves. JP ( Talk) 12:28, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
