There is a substantial backlog of unsourced articles on Wikipedia, and we need your help! The purpose of this drive is to add sources to these unsourced articles and make a meaningful impact.
Barnstars will be awarded based on the number of articles cited.
Remember to tag your edit summary with [[WP:FEB24]], both to advertise the event and tally the points later using

Dear Katniss: I am not experienced with posting figures on wikipedia. I do not understand your comment "File is not valid. Did you upload it to Wikipedia before adding it to the article?" Yes, I uploaded the photo to wikimedia first. However, my file is not longer there.
Hi
Walter Tau, I just wanted to clarify that I didn't delete your photo. I simply removed the dead link from the article, which I ran across via
Category:Articles with missing files. Looking at the
deletion log, it looks like
Didym deleted the image because it was marked as a copyright violation. Images uploaded to Wikipedia are required to have licensing, meaning that republication and distribution of the image must be allowed by the author/owner of the image, and commercial use of the image must be allowed in order to upload it. Since I'm not an admin here, and I also didn't see the image before
Didym deleted it, you may want to contact
Didym (who I also pinged in my response) for further explanation if you are still confused as to why the image you uploaded was deleted. You may also want to read
Commons:Licensing for further information if that's helpful.
Regarding my "Did you upload it to Wikipedia before adding it to the article?" comment, I apologize for the confusion. It didn't appear to be showing up in the deletion log at the time I removed the link from the article, which is why I thought maybe you hadn't uploaded it, but it's possible that I made a mistake on my end and somehow missed
Didym's note for why it had been deleted. I hope that explains things. Cheers,

A kitten for you!
Congratulations on ranking among the
top five most active pending changes reviewers in the last 30 days. Excellent work!
You reverted additions to the Jennifer Hale page which were added by Jennifer Hale herself. She wants her skillshub business referenced, and she wants the photo that is currently there. Please stop reverting a page that is contributed to by the actual person, especially to change a photo she’s specifically requested and a business she wants connected.

Hello, the edit that was reverted added a non-existent and misformatted image (see
this version of the page), which is why those edits were undone. The edit also added a promotional link in the middle of the article, which is against Wikipedia policy. While the image can be changed and the business can be discussed in the article, any additions cannot violate Wikipedia policy (which adding promotional links in the middle of an article does), regardless of if the subject of the article wants it changed or not. Please see the bottom of the
talk page if you have further questions about how this issue should be approached. Regards,

Hello
Riktetta, the reason I reverted your edit is because you didn't provide a source or explanation as to why you were switching the information that was already there. However, it looks like you have two good references there, so feel free to re-add the information with the source. Cheers,
