FYI, I've left a note on the talk page recommending FAR. It's not irretrievable but someone needs to look after it and bring it up to date. And to be fair, it's in a better shape than poor old Harbhajan. Sarastro1 ( talk) 20:28, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
I'm pretty disappointed to see that you now seem to be aiding and abetting the dictatorial behaviour against TRM, with this revert. You say: "Please email the user with support"? May I remind you that TRM has email disabled, currently. So what happens then? Maybe we could shove on a bit of atmospheric music, sit around in a circle, and hum our thoughts out to him in the hope that he receives them while he's down in the frozen food isle of his local Sainsbury's? It's all pretty pathetic stuff. Cassianto Talk 07:53, 30 September 2017 (UTC)

Hi. I was about to come here and ask you to double check through the edits I've made to Hedley's page just now - and I see you've added something already. I've knocked a few things out and moved some things around - not sure if it's quite right, although it does give way more emphasis to his service career which I think is probably fair. You're much more in the know re Somerset and have way more experience of taking these sorts of things up the quality scale than me. I haven't included a table of his centuries - I was tempted... ;-) Blue Square Thing ( talk) 16:22, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
Harrias, you took the first step in starting a GAR by adding the GAR template to Talk:Izzy Westbury, but you never created an actual review page, either as a community or individual reassessment. If you plan to go ahead with the GAR, please continue the process with the review page; if not, you can always revert your addition of the GAR template, as you did with another article at about the same time you started this nomination and also completed the creation of the review page for a third nom. Many thanks. BlueMoonset ( talk) 01:26, 5 November 2017 (UTC)

Congratulations to the winner, to the other finalists and to all those who took part. 177 contestants signed up, more than usual, but not all of them submitted entries in the first round. Hey Harrias, good news on the main Laureus article, now a GA. In other news, I was wondering if you'd have any time to review World Rugby Player of the Year? It's been lingering a bit with no interest, and I'd like to get that out of the way (along with the two Laureus lists which are almost there now, and I understand you may not wish to get too involved with those) before moving onto the next Laureus attempts... Hello, Harrias. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery ( talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)

The second round of the 2018 WikiCup has now finished. Most contestants who advanced to the next round scored upwards of 100 points, but two with just 10 points managed to scrape through into round 3. Our top scorers in the last round were:
So far contestants have achieved twelve featured articles between them and a splendid 124 good articles. Commendably, 326 GARs have been completed during the course of the 2018 WikiCup, so the backlog of articles awaiting GA review has been reduced as a result of contestants' activities. As we enter the third round, remember that any content promoted after the end of round 2 but before the start of round 3 can be claimed in round 3. Remember too that you must claim your points within 14 days of "earning" them. When doing GARs, please make sure that you check that all the GA criteria are fully met; most of the GARs are fine, but a few have been a bit skimpy.
If you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is at good article nominations, a featured process, or anywhere else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews Needed (remember to remove your listing when no longer required). Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck! Hello,
I am E. Whittaker, an intern at Wikimedia with the Scoring Team to create a labeled dataset, and potentially a tool, to help editors deal with incivility when they encounter it on talk pages. A full write-up of the study can be found here: m:Research:Civil_Behavior_Interviews. We are currently recruiting editors to be interviewed about their experiences with incivility on talk pages. Would you be interested in being interviewed? I am contacting you because of your involvement in Wikipedia’s Women in Red project. The interviews should take ~1 hour, and will be conducted over BlueJeans (which does allow interviews to be recorded). If, so, please email me at [email protected] in order to schedule an interview.
Thank you Ewitch51 ( talk) 20:43, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
The third round of the 2018 WikiCup has now come to an end. The 16 users who made it to the fourth round had at least 227 points. Our top scorers in round 3 were:
Contestants managed 7 featured articles, 4 featured lists, 120 good articles, 1 good topic, 124 DYK entries, 15 ITN entries, and 132 good article reviews. Over the course of the competition, contestants have completed 458 GA reviews, in comparison to 244 good articles submitted for review and promoted. As we enter the fourth round, remember that any content promoted after the end of round 3 but before the start of round 4 can be claimed in round 4. Please also remember that you must claim your points within 14 days of "earning" them. When doing GARs, please make sure that you check that all the GA criteria are fully met. Please also remember that all submissions must meet core Wikipedia policies, regardless of the review process; several submissions, particularly in abstruse or technical areas, have needed additional work to make them completely verifiable.
Good luck! Hi Harrias. I'm largely inactive on Wikipedia this year, and I'm sorry I won't be able to do the peer review you requested. I wish you the best of luck with it, and I'm guessing that you will be fine. Finetooth ( talk) 18:23, 20 August 2018 (UTC)
Hi. I recently nominated Deccan Chargers in 2009 for GA. It would be great if you could take a look at it and see if you could find any mistakes or suggest any ways to improve the article whenever you are free. Thanks in advance. Sagavaj ( talk) 15:45, 24 August 2018 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Tauntonrfc.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. -- B-bot ( talk) 17:11, 1 September 2018 (UTC)
The fourth round of the 2018 WikiCup has now come to an end. The eight users who made it to the final round had to score a minimum of 422 points to qualify, with the top score in the round being 4869 points. The leaders in round 4 were:
During round four, 6 featured articles and 164 good articles were promoted by WikiCup contestants, 13 articles were included in good topics and 143 good article reviews were performed. There were also 10 "in the news" contributions on the main page and 53 "did you knows". Congratulations to all who participated! It was a generally high-scoring and productive round and I think we can expect a highly competitive finish to the competition.
Remember that any content promoted after the end of round 4 but before the start of round 5 can be claimed in round 5. Remember too that you must claim your points within 10 days of "earning" them. If you are concerned that your nomination will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews. It would be helpful if this list could be cleared of any items no longer relevant. If you want to help out with the WikiCup, please do your bit to keep down the review backlogs! Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck, and let the best editor win! Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article James Parfitt you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have during this period. The article James Parfitt you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needing to be addressed. If these are fixed within 7 days, the article will pass; otherwise it may fail. See Talk:James Parfitt for things which need to be addressed. On 30 October 2018, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Adam Holland (runner), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that at the age of 23, Adam Holland became the youngest person to run 100 marathons? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Adam Holland (runner). You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page ( here's how, Adam Holland (runner)), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Edward Page, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Windsor ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
