Categories

Please be sparing with categories. A person is not a festival and should not be placed in a festival category simply b/c they speak at one. Also, an article is supposed to be put in the most narrow category it fits in, and should not be put in supercategories of that category. Thanks. Ekajati 20:45, 1 September 2006 (UTC) reply

Further idea

However, a "Starwood Festival" category could be created and Festival speakers could be listed under it. Would you like me to start one? Ekajati 20:50, 1 September 2006 (UTC) reply

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Jack Davis (pagan), by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Jack Davis (pagan) fits the criteria for speedy deletion for the following reason:

I don't see how this person is notable enough to have a Wikipedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Jack Davis (pagan), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. -- Android Mouse Bot 2 04:26, 12 July 2007 (UTC) reply
