Mass addition of book series to articles without discussion

I see you mass-adding a series of books on various US state constitutions to multiple articles, without discussion or any indication of the value of the addition. This appears to be WP:REFSPAM. Please do not continue to add or re-add these items without getting consensus.

If you have a connection with the publisher of this series, please review WP:COI to ensure your edits are consistent with Wikipedia's conflict-of-interest policy.

Thanks. TJRC ( talk) 16:04, 15 May 2024 (UTC) reply

Hi,
I have no connection to the publisher or authors of these books. I merely believe this series of books on state constitutions is unique. Each is a worthy addition to the corresponding article in Wikipedia; many of those articles do not have any book references.
Also, importantly, please note that many other state constitution articles make reference to the appropriate book in this series, or its predecessor published by Greenwood Press. I had nothing to do with inserting any of those. By inserting the references into articles that do not have them, I actually completing a job already started by others, and making the state constitution articles more uniform and complete.
