I noticed and have added an update to the ref section about the two goals scored Subiabre for Chile against Mexico, have been credited by both FIFA and RSSSF to VIDAL. If that is the status by the organisation who arranged the competition and by an independent football statistical web site, should the information not be amended here on Wikipedia?
2022 Japan Football League
As you may know, this page doesn't exists. But do you have a spare time where you could use to help create this page? I am having issues with thinking how to create this page because: 1., i'm afraid the page will be too "stubby/stub-class" material as there is extremely limited english coverage, and i have no knowledge about Nihongo, so i am unable to search things in Japanese properly, translate, interpret... and so on. 2., i would need to have information about which teams does have a J3 license/100Y-Plan status, and which ones doesn't. 3., no idea of where can i check the Kit manufacturer of each team. 4. I don't know where to check the managerial changes.
I am nearly sure i can update regularly the league table and the season statistics, just like i do with the J2, and the J3.
But these other aspects really turns everything more difficult for me to even think of creating the page.
If you created this page i would at least update these mentioned above + (maybe) managerial changes, so you would have (maybe a lot, maybe not a lot) less work. The JFL clubs squads are being updated already (not in the same pace as J1, J2, and J3 but it indeed is updated [I will start mass-checking the squads after i send this message]).
So think about it, please. If you don't have time, feel discouraged, do have similar problems with creating the page, or just don't care at all, is fine too. Not a lot of people check a country 4th-tier league, so there isn't any hurry, or a lot of urge to create this page. Just create the page if you can, and want it. Take this only as a suggestion and a sign of appreciation ^^!! Thank you for your hard work in Wikipedia, bro! -----

I will have a go. I cannot promise anything as I recently created 4 pages for Mito HollyHock and 3 were rejected by the Page Elders for Wikipedia. The Year sections
There are several sites that you can get info from
worldfootball.net
Japan Football League Official Website (jfl.or.jp) (If you use Microsoft Edge, it can auto translate from Japanese to English)
Transfermarkt.co.uk (do not use this as a reference in Wikipedia as this is a fan based website and will be taken down in a heartbeat)
The Kit Manufacturer is also an issue for me, I don't know where to locate this info, except on the Japanese version of the teams website or JFL 2022 Japanese page
The 100 year page Wiki page is updated very quickly - J.League 100 Year Plan club status - Wikipedia
Link to the Japanese version of JFL 2022 - I will use this a basis for creating the page, We can go from there once the page has been approved by the Page Gods.
Thank you!! I appreciate it!! I will try to update it regularly once it's approved and will add any possible thing i can. Sending appreciation from Brazil,

Recommendations accepted?
Daxion (

It's amazing!!!! I will add a few things here and there, as providing a few more sources, updating the goalscoring list, adding some things classified as minor edits, etc. The table and the goalscoring list if you want, i can update that regularly. I will update it in maximum after 2 days. Normally i like to update it already in the Sunday (when the games are played), but if i can't, i update it Monday. Only yesterday was an exception because i updated J2 and J3 at a Tuesday, but anyways...
If it isn't too much, i would want you to check the Suzuka PG license, as there was official reports about it being invalid from this season or something. I don't know if it was suspended, or removed from them, after some scandals regarding their director/former director.
My question now is if i should add these things in article now in the sandbox, or if would be better to wait when it was accepted by the board?
Skydream1721 (
talk) 15:54, 22 June 2022 (UTC)reply
Excellent
Suzuka PG license was suspended until 30th June 2022. Verification required.
Work away on my sandbox version and that way when presented to the Page Gods, the info will be more detailed and accurate.
Daxion (

I am confused if there will be play-offs this year or not...
And, i finished adding what i would add
I do think it still needs some finishing touches
Regarding the table, i will create it and put in my main sandbox. Then if the page gets approved you can take the table from there, if i don't add the table to the article by then
Skydream1721 (

Thank you very much for your work and dedication. I see you have hidden that section about the play-off until later in the season when we will definitely know if they are to take place.
I updated the managers, I am going to for attempt to see if the page gods will accept -
I hit the draft button, lets see what happens
Daxion (

Thank you!!!
Also, my dad is using the PC since that message, and i can only edit there, so there will be a delay in delivering the table.

About J.League transfers
I have compiled all the transfers, contract terminations, loans, promotions, that so far has been confirmed for J.League clubs on the 2023 season. I was thinking of already updating the squads for 2023. But i have some doubts. Firstly, if i'm going to update the squads, should i remove/strip the players' numbers of each J.League squad as the season ended, and then proceed to put the loanees on their original clubs, or etc? Also, if now it's too early, should i only start updating the squads with the latest information after 31 December? Please let me know what do you think ~~
Skydream1721 (
talk) 00:21, 21 November 2022 (UTC)reply
OK, here is what I think. The main window for a lot of the transfers in the J League system are all done a date in January, between 1st and the 15th of the month. Then the second tranche is completed by college students signing pro or semi-pro contracts on the 1st of February.
I would start removing the On Loan players back to their main teams.
So, I would wait until the 10th of January 2023 to start the main work.
Make a screen shot of all the Teams before you make any changes or a copy on your local computer.
Complete it around the 2/3rd of Feb.
Daxion (
talk) 13:59, 22 November 2022 (UTC)reply
Makes sense. So should i remove the on loan players at 1 January? I saw some expiration dates of loan contracts being 31 December. Thanks for the help! ~~
Skydream1721 (
talk) 02:14, 23 November 2022 (UTC)reply
As the leagues are over, I would get a start and move a couple of the loanee players from JFL, J3 and J2 teams back to J1 and other leagues as they expire.

Please let everyone know what changes you make by entering information about the change in the Edit summary. This is a must.
Because I updated a little on Wikipedia, I'm afraid it will be troublesome and complicated for every league and player in Japan.

Everyone else does this. All you have to say in the notes is Tidy English, Tidy table, fix spelling.
Skydream1721 makes hundreds of players changes and puts a small note for every change.
It is common policy & courtisy to inform all the other editors of the page to do this.
If you don't like it, then don't edit the Japanese football team pages.

Good afternoon! Whenever you have a spare time, please give a look in the
2023 Japanese Regional Leagues. I added the teams already, but i don't have a clue on how the promotion/relegation system of any regional league/division is working. Maybe the

SoftReverie (

Hi SoftReverie
Thank you very much for adding the teams for the 2023 season. The promotion/relegation is decided by the local administrations of the regional league. There seems to me that there are several criteria that a club can be promoted from the prefecture league to the regional league. These criteria are evaluated during the season.
I don't read Japanese script. I do use the web translators to get the get the best translation.
So, over the next 12 months or so, I can make suggestions. We can liaise.
might help. we can liaise during the season. Might help,: going forward

My guy, good night once again. Do you think it would be better to just display the names of the teams in there? I think that would be better for me, because i can't actually spend too much time on Wikipedia alone... And there is already the J2, J3 and JFL for me to update the stats (alongside all players changes from J1 to JFL and things related to youth levels of Japan football)... Feel free to update the table of the 2023 JRL leagues, if possible. 16 leagues/divisions on JRL are too much for me ~~

Can please give me advice on getting the 2024 Japanese Regional Leagues published as it has been rejected twice.
Also, there is an IP editor from Singapore who changes the Manager history and honours tables to what he wants from the standard templates. What can be done to stop this person - He changed the Yokohama F. Marinos with this statement (Use this format so it easier to understand which is league and which is cup under honours). I am going to revert it to the standard template now.
