Today you edited this article with AWB. Most of the changes make sense to me but I am wondering about the changes to the "Cite web" templates that removed "Future plc" as the publisher for Cycling News. in these cases is in line with the guidelines at
Template:Cite_web/doc#Publisher. It doesn't add anything useful to the citation. In the unlikely event that a user wants to know who the publisher is, that information is available in the
cyclingnews.com article.

is mostly only useful for locating books and other offline resources. (Also, publisher for a periodical may change and often does, which would raise the question of whether the publisher specified should be the one at the time of publication, or the current one - a question which can only be answered if we know the purpose of including it, and that's not clear.
