Congratulations! I'm in the process of promoting Sentence spacing to Featured Article status. It's a very well-written article - I'm glad you tackled it. Unfortunately, I have zero idea how to classify this according to the FA categories. For now, I'm going to put this under Culture and Society. If you have a better idea, will you please let me know and I'll move it? Thanks! Karanacs ( talk) 02:18, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
In case you had not seen this: Wikipedia:Today's featured article/August 4, 2010 - congrats again! Ruhrfisch ><>°° 15:13, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
And thanks! Based on some "conversations" here on Wikipedia and some of my research (when people post this topic on Twitter, it generates huge responses, for example), I suspect that the 4th will be a long day of reverting vandalism. Looking forward to it though! -- Airborne84 ( talk) 18:54, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for this interesting article — I'd never realised there was so much to this subject.-- 86.74.186.220 ( talk) 07:21, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for uploading File:Telengard gameplay - monster encounter.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 04:54, 21 July 2010 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster ( talk) 04:54, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
I will take a look at it - thanks for the heads up. Will take me a few hours, Ruhrfisch ><>°° 19:22, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
Hi. The sketch of Galula you added to the article was in it at an earlier date, but was removed because of its amateurish quality, so I've removed it again. I've looked for a photo of Galula without success, but perhaps you might have better success than I did -- so if you want to give it a try, please do! I've got this my discussion reverted [1] and this weird legal threat [2] from 69.31.68.51. I think this is rather unusual for removing a sentence in Public opinion on climate change. Maybe you can have a look and offer your opinion, because I'm a little taken aback. --CaC 155.99.230.57 ( talk) 21:58, 15 December 2010 (UTC)

Hi Airborne84 - I just wanted to remind you that there is an open GAR at Talk:Battle of Wanat/GA2 that was initiated by you on June 24 and has had no comments since. Thanks, Dana boomer ( talk) 19:35, 27 December 2010 (UTC)
Hi Airborne84, sorry I have been slow in commenting on the Sentence Spacing talk page - have been busy in real life, and I also share your weariness. I will leave a note on the FAC talk page and let others active in the process know what is going on and ask for their advice (and assistance at the page, if they feel so inclined). Will also weigh in on the talk page again. This looks like it is heading twoards an edit war and protection is an option there, but I am reluctant to protect it as 1) it is not quite at an edit war yet and 2) I am an involved editor and it is better if an univolved admin makes the decision to protect or not. Thanks for the note. Yes, I'd definitely be interested in seeing your new ideas—though I'm going to be rather busy in the real world for the next few days. — JerryFriedman (Talk) 04:28, 5 June 2011 (UTC)
![]() | On 10 June 2011, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article List of common English usage misconceptions, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that a preposition is something that a sentence can end with? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page ( here's how, quick check) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Hi Airborne, I have replied to your request at Wikipedia:Requests for feedback/2011 June 11. Crisco 1492 ( talk) 02:16, 11 June 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading File:Jekyll-Hyde Page.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Skier Dude2 ( talk) 03:33, 11 June 2011 (UTC)
I have opted to quick fail the article, as I feel that the work required to fix the errors would take a while. It requires a reception section, better referencing, and less guide content (such as a list of treasures). - New Age Retro Hippie (talk) (contributions) 01:55, 29 June 2011 (UTC)
