Hello, I'm new to wiki so I'm not sure of some of the reasons behind things...Just wondering why you erased the characters and pinyin for the cities of zhuhai,zhaoqing,yangjiang,zhanjiang,jiangmen and zhongshan...I'm following all of these pages because I used to live in Guangdong and have visited these cities many times so I want to improve on them...I feel it is useful to those who don't speak or read chinese to have the characters and pinyin visible so they can know how to say it, after all this is an encyclopedia. I must say, I agree with Dounai. The romanisation of Chinese names in English is slightly different from Pinyin, which is the most common form of transliteration. For instance in most English-language material, we say Beijing, without the indications of tone. I think it makes sense to leave the original romanised versions, with the pinyin provided afterwards. Do you understand how the Mongolian election system works? First, the article Mongolian legislative election, 2012 says that election system is supposed to elect 48 members from single-member seats and 28 members by proportional representation. Your article shows 26 two-member seats, making 52 members. Who is right? Second, your article says that in Arkhangai constituency (for example), the elected MPs are N Batbayar and B Bolor. But when I look at the Election Commission website, and I go to Arkhangai constituency ( http://www.gec.gov.mn/parliamentary_election/20), I see Batbayar at the top of the list of candidates, but there is no candidate called Bolor. Third, the figures as presented don't seem to make any sense. What are the numbers down the left-margin referring to? What are these тойрог (circles)? This election is a mess I am also a bit confused. Okay, first thing not all constituencies are two seats some are one seat (ie Bulgan, Sükhbaatar, etc) and some are three seats (ie Ulan Bator-Songino Khairkhan and Ulan Bator-Bayanzürkh•Nalaikh) and "тойрог" is just the district/constituency number. I am have trouble accessing Election Commission website so I cannot get anything from it. As far as I know the "48 members from single-member seats" is not entirely true most constituencies are muti-members and they need to reach a 28% threshold to be elected. Thanks for that. You have clarified the first point: there are 46 MPs elected from a mix of one, two and three-member seats. But I think you are wrong to say that тойрог (circle) is just the constituency number. For the Arkhangai constituency, there are ten of them, and they each seem to have a separate set of voting figures, on top of the constituency figures given at the top of the page. I suppose that doesn't mean much if you can't access the Election Commission website! There is also the mystery of the MPs elected who don't appear to be candidates, and of the election figures that don't add up. I guess I will have to ask further afield. I've reverted your edit because Zhongshan's and Dongguan's urban core is comprised of subdistricts (and towns), and this template lists only the county divisions on up. Currently, if the funeral of Ding Guangxun is any indication, the ranking system is somewhat skewed given the transition of the party leadership prior to the transition of the state leadership.
